You’re not here for another shiny object
You’ve built competence.
You deliver.
People trust you.
Now you’re building something of your own.
Your income still doesn’t match your capability.
What you actually sell got… complicated.
It all feels too valuable to leave out.
We turn it into one clear offer.
One thing people say yes to.
You’ve built competence.

Now you’re building something of your own.
Your income still doesn’t match your capability.
What you actually sell got… complicated.
It all feels too valuable to leave out.
We turn it into one clear offer.
One thing people say yes to.

You’re overloaded with possibility.
The courses you finished. The ones you didn’t. The guru who made sense in October. The blueprint that worked for someone else. The Instagram feed that made you rethink everything on a Tuesday.
Too many futures still alive.
Too many voices that were never quite yours.
Meanwhile, nothing sells.
As long as everything stays possible,
nothing becomes payable.
We fit your business backpack to you.
You don’t pack shorts for a winter expedition.
Some things don’t belong at this stage.
Some things you need aren’t in there yet.
Your backpack has to fit your back.
There are women’s packs for a reason.
Different hips. Different shoulders.
It’s the same with your business.
The first step isn’t building more.
It’s laying everything out and looking at it properly.
What actually fits.
What doesn’t.
What you’re carrying because you once needed it.
We make it clear what stays —
and turn it into something people say yes to.
What happens when it fits

"You make me feel smart, optimistic, and capable.
That's your superpower"

Edith
A place to begin

The Business Backpack
You don’t need another idea.
You need to make one thing payable.
II write about what happens when smart women try to build something real.
Conversations, patterns.
The mess before the clarity.

Work it through
In 1:1 Coaching,
we work on your actual business.
At some point, it’s obvious
what stays and what goes.
You choose.
I make sure you don’t drift past it.
You leave with one clear offer.
And you can actually sell it.
About Solfrid
I know this kind of stuck. Not lack of skill.
But too many directions still open.
I’ve built real competence, decades in IT strategy. Scout leader since I was 11. Forest bathing guide. Campfire builder. All of it legitimate. None of it clear enough to sell.
Illness forced me to slow down.
I couldn’t carry everything anymore.
So I learned to look properly at what actually held.
That’s still how I work.
