Terms of Purchase for Nettfrid AS

1. Seller

Hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Nettfrid AS".

2. Customer

The customer is the person or business purchasing a service or product from us. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

If you purchase as a private individual, the rules for consumer purchases apply where relevant. If you purchase on behalf of a business or as part of commercial activity, the purchase is considered a business purchase.

3. What the purchase covers

We sell, among other things, 1:1 coaching, digital coaching programmes, workshops, digital meeting rooms, courses, digital products, advisory services and other services delivered online.

What is included in your purchase is specified on the sales page, in the order confirmation, the agreement or the invoice you have received.

4. Price and VAT

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK). It will be specified whether the price is inclusive or exclusive of VAT. For private individuals, prices are normally stated including VAT. For businesses, prices may be stated excluding VAT, with VAT added at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices. The price that applies to your purchase is the one stated at the time the purchase was made.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the payment solution offered at checkout (for example Stripe, card or invoice). For card payments, the payment is handled by the payment provider — we do not store full card details.

For invoice payments, the payment deadline stated on the invoice applies. For instalment payments, you are responsible for paying all agreed instalments, even if the service begins before all instalments have been paid.

In case of late payment, reminder fees, late payment interest and debt collection costs may apply in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Delivery of services

Services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed — via Zoom, email, course platform, downloadable files or other digital solutions.

For 1:1 coaching, workshops and digital meetings, the service is considered delivered once the meeting has taken place, or once you have been given access to the agreed material.

You are responsible for having the necessary technical equipment, internet access and access to the email address you used at the time of purchase.

7. Booking, rescheduling and attendance

You are responsible for attending at the agreed time. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the agreed time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before, or fail to attend without notice, the session is considered used.

If we need to reschedule a booked session, you will be offered a new time.

8. Cancellation of services and programmes

For services, programmes, workshops and digital rooms, the cancellation rules stated on the sales page, in the offer, or in the agreement apply.

Unless otherwise agreed, the following applies:

Single sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the agreed time.
Programmes, workshops, digital rooms and packages cannot be cancelled after they have started, unless you have a right of withdrawal under section 9 or another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
For business purchases, no right of withdrawal applies, unless specifically agreed.

9. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.

The withdrawal period begins the day after the agreement was entered into for services, and the day after digital content or digital services have been made available, where this follows from applicable regulations.

If you wish for a service to begin before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you must explicitly consent to this. By requesting that the service begin before the withdrawal period has expired, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be wholly or partially waived once the service has been started or delivered.

If you withdraw after the service has begun, Nettfrid AS may charge for the portion of the service that has already been delivered, provided you have explicitly requested an early start before the withdrawal period expired.

For digital content or digital services delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal may be waived once delivery has started, provided you have explicitly consented to this and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is waived.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us within the withdrawal period. Send an email to post@nettfrid.no. You may also use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not required.

10. Digital products and access

Digital products are normally delivered via email, download link or course platform. You receive personal access to the product. Access cannot be shared, resold, published or transferred to others without our written consent.

In case of technical issues with access, contact us at post@nettfrid.no. We will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

11. Coaching, advisory services and liability

Services from Nettfrid AS may include coaching, structuring, sparring, advisory services, strategy, business development and decision-making support.

The services are not therapy, healthcare, legal advice, financial advice or accounting services.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, results and execution. Nettfrid AS provides no guarantee of specific financial results, sales figures, income, growth or other concrete outcomes.

12. Your responsibility as a customer

Provide accurate information when purchasing and booking.
Attend booked sessions, workshops and programmes prepared.
Do the work yourself, make decisions, and follow up on what is agreed in coaching, workshops or other services.

13. Intellectual property

All material delivered by Nettfrid AS — texts, models, methods, exercises, worksheets, recordings, course content and presentations — belongs to Nettfrid AS, unless otherwise agreed.

You receive a personal right of use to the material. It cannot be copied, shared, sold, published, taught onward or used commercially without our written consent.

14. Recordings

If a workshop, course or digital meeting is recorded, you will be informed. Recordings are only shared if this has been stated or agreed.

You may not make your own recordings of 1:1 coaching, workshops or other gatherings without written consent from us and from any other participants.

15. Changes to services

We may make minor changes to content, format, timing or delivery method if necessary. You will be notified of any significant changes.

If we have to cancel a service, you will be offered a new time or a refund for the portion not yet delivered.

16. Complaints

If you believe a service has not been delivered as agreed, contact us within a reasonable time at post@nettfrid.no. We will attempt to resolve the matter through dialogue.

Consumers may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for guidance if a matter is not resolved directly.

17. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Information about which data is processed, why, how long it is stored, and what rights you have, can be found in the privacy policy: [insert link].

Purchasing a service does not automatically mean that you consent to receiving marketing.

18. Newsletter and marketing

We only send newsletters and marketing to people who have consented, or where another lawful basis exists. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at post@nettfrid.no.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control — for example illness, technical problems with third-party providers, power outages, internet outages, strikes, government orders or other unforeseen events. Should such a situation arise, we will attempt to find a reasonable solution.

20. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through dialogue. If the matter is not resolved, it may be brought before the relevant complaint bodies or the courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
