DRAW IT OUT

Get it out of your head. Onto one page.

In 90 minutes, we sort one real thing from your business into one clear visual map. We draw it with AI. You keep the method, so the next one is yours.

You leave with one finished map, the prompt logic behind it, and a reusable workflow for your own ideas, meetings, offers and client work.

Who this is for

This is for you if

You've explained your offer three times this week and gotten three polite nods.
You have a plan that currently lives in fourteen notes, two notebooks and one long monologue in the car.
You need to make a decision, and every time you think about it, it grows.
Not for you if you want a template pack, a prompt library, or someone to make the map for you. We make it together. That's the point.
What We Can Turn Into a Map

Bring one real thing from your business that needs to become visible.

An offer, an idea, a meeting, a decision, a client problem or a message. We turn it into a visual map and a method you can use again.

01

We find what actually belongs on the map.

You bring the business thing. We sort what matters, what is noise, what is missing and what needs to be made visible. A sorting you'll recognize next time, because you did it once with me.

02

We turn the sorted material into a visual map.

I show you how I translate messy business material into visual language, prompts and image direction while we build it together. You watch the prompting happen, so you can repeat it without me.

03

You learn the reusable workflow.

You leave with the finished map, the prompt logic and the process, so you can make more maps from your own ideas, meetings and client work.

How it works

Map and method. In the same session.

The real input is your unclear business material. The output is one clear visual map, drawn with AI. Live, from your material. The value is that you learn how to do it again.

The sorting

We shape the material

You talk. I listen, ask, dig and help you decide what belongs on the map. This is where the structure comes from.

The workflow

We make the map

I show you how I prompt, adjust, simplify and steer the image until the visual map actually supports the point.

Draw the visual map.You see how the sorted material becomes prompts, visual direction and iterations. Close enough to do it yourself next time.

Keep the method. You leave with the map, the prompt logic and the next thing to make with it.

Why this works

I spent 25 years as an IT architect and strategist: IBM, Norway's first online insurance platform, systems most people never see. All of it was the same job: someone brings something messy, and I sort what actually matters. The AI is new. The sorting is not.

What people say

It is not just the conversation. It is what you can do afterwards.

“Thank you for good advice and lovely summaries. Your visual maps are so lovely and easy to follow. Keep doing them. They make you unique.”

Vilde Iversen-NekstadFounder / CEO, Carry On AS

“I took action immediately after my session with Solfrid. I simplified my structure and went from several directions to one clear direction. It gave me more clarity and focus in what I’m building next.”

FAQ

Questions before you bring the messy thing.

A few useful ones. No fog machine.

What kind of business thing can I bring?

An offer that won't land, a decision that keeps growing, a client problem, a message nobody gets, a meeting you're dreading. One thing, not the whole business. If it fits in one worried sentence, it fits on a map.

Do I learn to make the maps myself?

Yes. That's the product. The map is what you hold; the method is what you keep. We build it live so you see every prompt, every adjustment, every "no, simpler."

Will my maps look exactly like yours afterwards?

No, and they shouldn't. You keep the workflow, not my style. Your maps will look like your thinking, which is the point of making them.

Do I need to be visual?

No. You need to be able to talk about your own business. I handle the visual part until you've seen how it works. It's less mystical than it looks.

Do I need my own AI tools or paid accounts?

You need access to an AI image tool. ChatGPT with image generation is enough for the workflow I teach. A paid account usually makes the process smoother, but we use what you have and keep it practical.

What if my thing is too messy?

Then you're the target audience. Messy is the raw material. The only thing that doesn't work is bringing nothing, and even that usually turns out to be something.

What happens after I book?

You pick a time, you get a short question to answer before we meet: "what's the thing?", and then we meet. No workbook, no prep call, no homework. Bring the mess as-is.

What do I leave with?

One finished map. The prompt logic behind it. A workflow you can rerun on your own ideas, meetings and client work. And one less thing that only exists in your head.

Bring the messy thing. Make the map. Learn the method.

We use one real thing from your business and turn it into a visual map you can actually use. A method you can repeat.

One session. Every map after that is free.
