For a little over a week now, I’ve shown up in your inbox or substack every single day. Ten chances. Ten shoves out the door.
So now I’m wondering one thing: Have you actually been outside?
Or is it still curling up comfortable at your coach enjoying reading emails, think “well, that was nice,” and leave it at that?
If you’ve been out, more than once, done the missions and felt fall on your face, you should be really proud of yourself. That’s seriously good work. But also remember: Go out today too.
But I also know how this works. It’s perfectly normal to sit indoors signing up for free stuff on the internet. You read a little, think “this is nice,” and then don’t do a damn thing. At the same time, I’m assuming that you, the one who actually signed up, really do want to get outside more. Nobody made you be here.
And if you want to feel how good it actually is to be outside, you have to put your shoes on and go. Reading about the outdoors doesn’t get you much outdoors.
So today I have two challenges for you.
Task 1: Go outside.
Yes, now. Put your shoes on, get over the doorstep, and go.
Walk five minutes in one direction. When the five minutes are up, decide whether you want to keep going or need to head home.
It’s not harder than that. But you do have to actually do it.
Task 2: Email me.
I can only support you with the tricky part when I know what has been hardest for you.
Hit reply and tell me: What’s stopping you from getting outside? Or what have you actually done that you didn’t think you’d manage?
Then I can help you .
And you, still sitting inside enjoying my emails:
I have a few openings next week. Book a free 15-minute call with me, and we’ll figure out what’s keeping you indoors. I’d genuinely like to talk to you who have read this far.
So pick a time that works in my calendar.
