As long as everything stays possible, nothing becomes payable.

You leave with one clear offer.

Out of everything you could do.

One thing people say yes to.

You adjust your offer.

Starting something new.

Pick up something that worked for someone else.

Add one more thing that “might work”.

Not because you don’t know what you’re doing.

But because there’s no space to see what actually fits.

And when everything is in motion,

a lot of things can feel right enough to continue.

Even when they don’t pay you back.

So time goes. Energy goes. Money goes.

And you end up building things you don’t really want to sell.

That’s the part most people don’t say out loud.

It’s not just unclear.

It’s expensive.

What you walk away with

When we’re done, you don’t leave with “clarity”.

You leave with a business backpack you’ve fitted to yourself.

A clear offer you can explain in a few sentences, where people understand what they’re buying.

A way of selling it that fits you, and a simple path from conversation to a paying client.

A basic structure for how your business works in practice

  • how people find you

  • how you bring them in

  • how you deliver

  • how you take payment.

And a price you can stand in.

We empty the backpack

We look at what you’re actually carrying.

So you can stop dragging around old options

and build one clear thing people pay for.

Offers you’re not really selling.

Prices you don’t fully stand in.

Ways of working that don’t quite fit anymore.

Things you picked up because they made sense at the time.

But never got questioned properly.

So everything stays possible.

And nothing settles long enough to sell.

And you feel it.

In your time. In your energy. In your bank account.

We don’t add more.

And once you see it properly,

a lot of it stops making sense to keep.

From there, you choose.

What stays.

What goes.

What you actually build.

What happens when it fits

"Solfrid was great at asking the right questions and coaching me toward the best solutions.

And a stronger sense of direction for how to grow my business."

Mathilde - Kybri

"You make me feel smart, optimistic, and capable.

That's your superpower"

Hanne - Heartbiz

"What you helped me with made me rebuild myself and my life.

I'm eternally grateful you stood by my side and built that solid foundation for me."

Edith

How we work

This is not a course. We work directly on your business.

Until you have something you can explain, stand in, and sell.

Bi-weekly sessions. Work in between.

We stay with what’s real until you have something that actually holds.

By the end of this, you don’t leave with ideas.

You leave with something you have chosen.

An offer you can explain.
Stand in.
And sell.

Why I work this way

I’ve spent decades making complex systems work in practice — from building one of Norway’s first online insurance platforms to shaping IT strategy at IBM. And I’ve led Scout groups since I was 11. I grew up holding rooms and learning by doing.

In Scouting, you learn early it’s not just what you carry, but how you carry it. Kids learn with their whole bodies. They move, test limits, figure things out together. No one expects them to stand still and perform.

Adults don’t suddenly stop needing that.

After serious illness, I couldn’t override my system anymore. I had to work in a way that was more honest, more physical, and more human.

That’s the work I offer now.
